Campaigners outside RCP conference protest against PAs

Campaigners gathered outside the Royal College of Physicians’ conference in London on Thursday to voice concerns about the role of physician associates.

They called for the royal medical colleges to work together to stop the move towards introducing more PAs to the NHS. The government plans to treble the number of PAs in England by 2036/37.
