Short bouts of daily exercise can benefit people with high blood pressure, a large study has found.

Just 5 minutes of vigorous exercise – including cycling and climbing stairs – was associated with a measurable reduction in blood pressure measurements, the analysis of fitness tracker data from more than 14,700 people across five countries found.
