Salaried GP pay ‘considerably behind’ hospital doctors, says BMA

Salaried GP pay range is “unfit for purpose”, the British Medical Association has said as it called for a 20% uplift.

The union has made the recommendation in its submission to the independent pay review body in order to “address pay erosion”.
