Second IVF clinic impacted by faulty egg-freezing solution

A second fertility unit may have used a faulty egg and embryo-freezing solution, the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) has said.

Jessop Fertility, which is based at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, has been named as a second clinic involved in the incident.
