Troubled trust told to listen more to staff

A troubled NHS trust has promised to do more to support whistleblowers following a series of embarrassing revelations in a high profile employment tribunal.

The findings of the “independent review” into the tribunal, involving whistleblower Dr Chris Day, emerged at a board meeting of the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust last week.
